Legal bases under the GDPR typically include contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
4. Sharing
We use processors that help us run the Service, including hosting infrastructure, authentication providers you choose, email delivery, and Moneybird for invoicing and payments. They only process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as applicable.
6. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal retention. Server and log data are retained while needed to operate the Service and for a limited period after deletion or cancellation. You can request deletion subject to legal retention duties.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport, access-controlled systems, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and protect your credentials.
8. Cookies and similar tech
We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, session security, and core site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the Service.
9. Your rights
If you are in the EEA/UK (or similar jurisdictions), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email [email protected].
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
