1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Launch2Play websites, apps, and game server hosting services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Launch2Play provides managed game server hosting, related control panel features, billing, and optional add-ons (such as backups). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. Game software is provided by third parties; you are responsible for complying with each game's license and terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders, billing, and renewals

Prices are shown before checkout and billed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued through our billing provider (Moneybird). Paid plans renew monthly unless you cancel. By completing checkout you authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions and add-ons until cancelled. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or termination after any applicable grace period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription or add-on from your account. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless you choose immediate cancellation where offered. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the Service due to a fault on our side.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Host malware, run unauthorized network attacks, scan others without permission, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or game publisher rules (including cracked or pirated game content)
• Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to the intended game server use, unless we expressly allow it
• Abuse resources in a way that harms other customers (for example extreme overload or open proxies)

We may suspend or terminate services that breach these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

7. Your content and game data

You retain rights to content you upload to your servers. You grant us a limited license to host, back up, and process that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for backups you need beyond any add-ons you purchase. After cancellation or termination we may delete server data after a reasonable retention window.

8. Availability and support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance, upstream network issues, game updates, and force majeure events may cause downtime. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis via [email protected].

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of game data, except where such exclusion is not allowed. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
